Deposit

In order to prevent “no-shows, we require a deposit in order to secure the reservation. The deposit is paid at the time of booking.

Should payment not be received, your reservation may be cancelled.

All credit card transactions are processed through a 3rd party secure payment gateway. Your credit card details are not seen or stored by us.

Cancellations

Should you cancel your booking no later than 48 hours beforehand, we will gladly refund the full amount.

Child Policy

Please note that Epice is a fine dining restaurant. As such, we do not encourage young children to attend.

No BYO (Bring your own)

Unfortunately we do not allow customers to bring their own wine.

Should it be a special vintage and we do not list it, a request can be made in advance to our team.

Corkage will apply.
